STILL LIFE FINE ART
My professional career began in 1998 painting still life which
has continued as my specialisation since. It is an ideal genre to develop skills, I have learned how to paint a variety of
textures and colours.
All of the objects are contemporary and classical, acquired from quality interior shops usually
manufactured in France and Italy.
I also use only the most modern and cutting edge spectral palette and technical
methods which ensures the luminosity of the painting.
It is true to say that this blend of the classical and
contemporary can be found throughout my work.
OTHER FINE ART GENRES
As the years progressed and when quality reference material was available I decided to also paint
other subjects. This has produced a diverse variety of paintings. The reference material can take several years to collect
and the painting is started only when something special can be produced.
I have a classical realism approach
to my work and use only genuine settings and models in period costume to ensure the quality and authenticity of the painting.
My paintings
are in private collections in the UK, USA and Australia.
