“Misty Mountains”
I spent some time in Scotland
obtaining the reference material for "Highland Cattle" paintings. The weather was not good and from my point of
view this was a blessing, though I suspect other tourists would have disagreed! Misty mountains, gushing rivers and shafts
of light moving slowly across the landscape are essential components of the classical "Highland" scenery.
